When sending your information to us please;
• Include your company name and address.
• Contact persons information (email and phone number)
• Type of business and category area if you wish to also be listed in a special area. ie accommodation, food & entertainment, sports etc.
• Listing length required (1, 3, 6, 9 months or 1 year)
• A brief description or blurb for your company and relevant html link if you wish one to be placed in the ad. (Please keep descriptions short and concise.)
• Please keep ads to approx. 200 characters or less.
• If you wish to have a small logo placed on your text line ad please send this in an attached file. Logo will be accepted in GIF or JPEG format only. No animated or flash logos will be accepted for free ads.
• Hokkaidoguide.com reserves the right to alter ads to comply with spacing arrangements and requirements, appropriateness of listings and our user agreement.
