The Japan Travel-Phone is a free telephone information and help service for foreign tourists. It offers consultancy and interpretation services free of charge from anywhere in Japan*. If you experience translation difficulties or need detailed domestic travel information please call Japan Travel-Phone. This service is provided by the Japan National Tourist Organisation (JNTO) in cooperation with major Japanese companies and has been in operation since 1982.
