Getting There
From Sapporo, the easiest way is by car.
By car: Drive southeast toward Naganuma. Heidi Farm is at Higashi 9-sen Minami 2, Naganuma, and the drive from central Sapporo is roughly 50–60 minutes, depending on traffic.

Heidi Farm (ハイジ牧場) is a large countryside farm in Naganuma, Hokkaido. Surrounded by wide green fields and beautiful rural scenery, it is a relaxing place to experience farm life and meet a variety of animals. Visitors can see sheep, goats, horses, alpacas, rabbits, guinea pigs and other farm animals. One of the best things about Heidi Farm is that visitors can get close to the animals. There are activities such as feeding animals, making butter or ice cream, and seasonal experiences such as digging for potatoes. The farm also has a small train that travels around the grounds, making it easy to enjoy the scenery.
