British Pub Darwin is, as the name suggests, a British/Irish style bar located close to Sapporo station. With its dark wood and leather seating, the warm pub interior is decked out with British regalia, making it a welcome bar to have a fresh beer or a hearty meal. There is a good selection of local and foreign ales served in pints or half pints. There are pale and brown ales, Guiness, Hobgblin, Bodding Tons, and Murphy’s Irish Stout, just to name a few. And being a good pub, there is a good assortment of whiskeys as well!
The menu has plenty of choices for lunches, dinners, or snacks. British Darwin Pub has some great traditional British dishes, such as shepherd’s pie, fish & chips, and haggis. There is also chicken, nachos, sausages, baked beans, seafood, and pizzas, so there is a lot to choose from! Cheeses, dried fruits, olives, and nuts make good finger food for and this bar has them all. After a good hearty meal, the Darwin pub has some desserts on the menu! Located in a convenient place, British Darwin Pub is a good spot for some British flavor.
