There are 4 floors; the 1st floor (ground floor) is women & denim, the 2nd floor is for men and women, and the 3rd floor is women, accessories, shoes & lingerie. Forever 21 is a tax free retail store which is an added bonus, plus throughout the year there are bargains and sales which occur regularly so you can pick up a real bargain. Clothing and other accessories can be found for as little as ￥300 each! The changing rooms, with full length mirrors, can be found on the 2nd floor, for any help just see the friendly staff. Forever 21 is easily located on the main street, known as “Eki Mae Dori”, which runs through the center of Sapporo. It is a popular clothing store for tourists and also for locals.
