The Kushiro Shitsugen National park (better known as the Kushiro Marshland) is a national park, located to the north of Kushiro on the eastern side of Hokkaido. The park is known for its wetlands ecosystems. 'Shitsugen' translates to wetlands in English. It was designated as a national park on 31 July 1987. Cafe Milano Paseo Dining Looking for an Italian lunch or dinner, or even just a cup of coffee with a friend, Italian Bar Café Milano is a nice restaurant/café to visit. This restaurant opens early for a breakfast or coffee, where you can take a choice from three kinds of panini. There is a nice set menu for lunch. The set menu comes with a small salad, and a drink with your meal. For lunch there are six kinds of Japanese or Italian style spaghetti dishes.

And for dinner, there is a good choice of beer and wine that will compliment any Italian dish, with a choice of ten kinds of spaghetti dishes to choose from. Italian Bar Café Milano also has a sausage based pizza and antipasto from which to select a delicious appetizer. For those with a sweet tooth, you can enjoy cakes or baked confectionary to go with a tea or coffee. This restaurant has an English menu and the staff do their best to communicate in English if needed.
