The Kushiro Shitsugen National park (better known as the Kushiro Marshland) is a national park, located to the north of Kushiro on the eastern side of Hokkaido. The park is known for its wetlands ecosystems. 'Shitsugen' translates to wetlands in English. It was designated as a national park on 31 July 1987. Pantera Negra is a large bar and dining area that is a popular place for having a few drinks and food. Due to its large size, it is often hired out for after parties and wedding parties. The bar and restaurant is divided into two areas. On entering the premises, you can find the main dining space and bar to the left. Out the back area, the room is divided into two levels set out with plush couches, chandeliers, and rich burgundy curtains. During the summer, there is a small outside seating area. Whatever the area, you can enjoy an intimate drink on a date, or enjoy a party with friends.
