Cocoro Soup Curry is in a very busy area for restaurants and coffee shops. It is located on the northern side of Sapporo Station and is by Hokkaido University. There are a few other soup curry restaurants around and this one is right near the Asian Supermarket. Every soup curry restaurant has its on signature dish or special recipe to set it apart from other soup curry restaurants.

This soup curry restaurant can be found in central Kutchan which is by the Niseko skiing resorts. Kutchan is a country town and it is here, Markie Curry gets its fresh ingredients. The vegetables that go into their curries are supplied by local farmers plus Markie Curry has its own farm to grow fresh vegetables.

Ouchi is a small soup curry restaurant. It can found in a popular restaurant area at the entrance of the west seven, Tanuki Koji shopping arcade.  It is open for lunch and all through until late evening, for dinner. Ouchi opened originally in 2002 and not only sells fine soup curry, but they also have western style cuisine and some delicious desserts.

The Fukuyoshi brand formed in 2013, is the creation of a merger between two Japanese companies dating back over eighty years. The Fukui Seisakusho company (founded in Asahikawa in 1948), and the tea shop "Yoshikawaen" (established in 1945). The result of this merger has bought in three fantastic cafe/restaurants to the Hokkaido region.

In Sapporo, there are two Beyond Age Soup Curry stores. One in the north, and one in the south ward. They both have the same menu so you sample the same delicious dishes. Their soup base is prepared with 15 types of spices and 11 types of herbs, chicken bones and Hokkaido seasonal vegetables!
