Hamburger soup curry

Okushiba Soup Curry is a delicious soup curry restaurant based right near Sapporo station. This soup curry restaurant offers a few traditional soup curry dishes plus some unique ones, in a nice retro Japanese setting. Along with the soup curries they also excel in shrimp soups and puddings, plus fried chicken and beef cutlets. The staff are very friendly, and the menu does come in English with photos which is easy to follow. The hard part, is which dish to choose!

Cool décor

The owner, Yosuke Okushiba, has based the shrimp soup (of which this restaurant is themed) on his grandmothers traditional recipe, that has been passed down from generation to generation. The soup curry servings are big and the bowls are HUGE, which will leave any customer content. They have the traditional vegetable dishes, chicken, and pork dishes. The unique dishes include the hamburger patty with egg soup curry, sliced beef curry, and their original karage (fried chicken) soup curry.
