Tori yo Chicken yo (which translates to “chicken! fish!”) is a Japanese style bar/restaurant. As with all Izakayas in Japan, this restaurant serves up small dishes of Japanese cuisine. There is a good selection of salads, seafood and meat. Grilled chicken, and grilled pork on skewers is a popular dish. As is the large selection of delicious sashimi and grilled fish. Not all the dishes are Japanese, however. There are pizzas, pastas, and a nice serving of avocado with melted cheese.
As with the food menu, the drink menu offers beer, a wide range of spirits, soft drinks and juices. There is a “Nomihodai” option (all you can drink), which goes for 2 hours. The nomihodai includes tap beers, and a selection of spirits. The “Tori Yo Sakana Yo” Restaurant restaurant is located in the Paseo restaurant section. It’s in a convenient area, and close to the station and Stellar place department store and Daimaru department store, so it’s a good spot for some lunch or dinner.
