Ushitei is a delicious chain of restaurants of grilled mince steaks, that are served with a selection of cooked vegetables in an array of sauces to choose from. The Ushitei chain was originally opened in 1981 in Sapporo, under a different name. In the early days, the main ingredient was steak, but since then, the mince steak was added as a “Sauté of Meat” dish. This combination with their special sauces and side dishes makes for a great lunch or dinner.

When ordering at Ushitei, the mince hamburg steaks range from 150 grams to 350 grams in sizes. The dishes come with a side rice dish. The set menu option comes with a drink and with a soup option. There are a number of soup dishes to choose from, as well as the hamburg sauce. Take your choice of three sauces to dip into.
