Yotsuba White Cosy is a sweets & parfait restaurant located in Paseo, Sapporo station. It is a very popular place especially during lunch hours. There are 15 kinds of unique parfait, mixed with fresh fruits, delicious toppings, or nuts and almonds. Yotsuba is also famous for its fantastic pancakes. Pasta dishes
If you are looking for more of a savory meal, and not so much a sweet indulgence, then Yotsuba also has some pasta dishes. There are some spaghetti plates, a hamburger ‘doria’ plate, and a ‘gratin’ plate. Doria is a rice and butter based dish which typically has chicken or prawns, and some vegetables mixed in, with a creamy white sauce. There are also some pancake and cheese dishes , plus a kids set. Set meal
Tokyo Sundubu is a popular chain of succesful Korean restaurants. There are 2 in Hokkaido. The first being in Paseo, located at Sapporo station. The second is located in the Parco department store in Odori. ‘Sundubu-jjigae’ or ‘soft tofu stew’ is a famous Korean dish that has been enjoyed for generations. It is a stew featuring soft tofu, cooked with a variety of ingredients including meat, seafood, and vegetables. The hot stew is seasoned off with ‘tategi’ (a Korean red pepper based sauce). There are over 20 dishes to choose from!

To order your dish is very simple. First, choose what kind ingredients you want (seafood, vegetables, meat etc). Second, select 1 out of the 3 soup bases. There is plain, salt, or the most popular, miso. Third, choose how spicy you want it, from level 1 to level 6. And lastly, choose the size of your rice, from small to large that comes with the rice set menu. There is the rice set, the salad and rice set, or the salad, rice & drink set. Extra toppings for your stew are available and each set comes with a small dessert. The stew will come out boiling hot, so be careful and enjoy your taste of Korea!

The Mexican Mule Restaurant and Cantina, conveniently located at the Higashiyama Pension Village bus stop Niseko village, is serving up the best Mexican food in Niseko. Nice setting
Kushiro Fukutei Kateirou is a delicious Japanese cuisine restaurant located on the 8th floor of the Parco department store. Kushiro is a city located on the south-east coast of Hokkaido and is famous for its fishing and its seafood. Kushiro Fukutei Kateirou has a good selection of Japanese food, especially its seafood. These dishes can be ordered as a set menu or individually. There is plenty of seating in a nicely designed space, with a dozen seats with window seating. There is counter seating as well, with views into the kitchen.

Kushiro Fukutei Kateirou Japanese menu has delicious varieties of sushi, sashimi, and tempura. Lunch menu
Machino Sushi Shiki restaurant is part of the Hanamaru company which is a famous chain of sushi bars and restaurants. Machino Sushi Shiki is located in Paseo and is one of three Hanamaru sushi bars in Hokkaido. There are 2 options for your order, the set menu or the plate menu. The set menus include a lunch menu of 10 pieces of sushi with a mussel soup, and egg pudding (recommended), or the shrimp soba noodles set, or the mixed set of salmon eggs, soup, and sea urchin on rice.

The other option is to order individual plates. Each plate has 2 pieces of sushi per plate. The prices are much higher at around ￥350 per plate, up to ￥650 a plate. For those wishing to sample different kinds of sushi, the other Hanamaru kaiden (sushi train) restaurants are a cheaper option. Machino Sushi has a large drinks menu, including beer, cocktails, and sake. There is counter seating as well as table seating for up to groups of 8. This restaurant caters for tourists but as a note, taking photos of the sushi is no problem BUT the sushi chefs do not like having their photo taken. Apart from that, enjoy the fresh sushi at Machino Sushi Shiki Hanamaru!

Caramel coffee
Sold as a “girls relaxing space” Arucamo Cafe is an elegant and fancy space, which sells not only coffee, but has cakes, and in its large dining area, jewelry and adornments are for sale. This coffee shop has a lot of space and there are large tables for big groups. Arucamo Cafe has a good selection of coffees & aromatic teas. They also have large 24cm cakes with which to choose from. The cakes are made with seasonal fruits and go well with any tea or coffee (especially on a cold winters day).
