The Kushiro Shitsugen National park (better known as the Kushiro Marshland) is a national park, located to the north of Kushiro on the eastern side of Hokkaido. The park is known for its wetlands ecosystems. 'Shitsugen' translates to wetlands in English. It was designated as a national park on 31 July 1987. Perched at the top of a large hill, overlooking Kushiro Marsh, you can find the Kushiro Marsh Observatory. This is one of the most interesting buildings in Hokkaido. There are two Jimmy Brown Cafe & Dining restaurants in the city of Sapporo. One being in central Sapporo, the other out on the western side of the city up in the mountains. The menu here has a few food items, including some pastas and some curry and rice dishes including a butter chicken curry and a chorizo curry (pictured below). Some of the meat items on the menu aren’t available on the day. The food menu has a set option that comes with a drink for an extra ¥200, and a side dish for an extra ¥300.

For those who are looking to celebrate with a group of friends, Jimmy Browns has a party plan available. The plan has seven dishes plus an all you can drink plan that goes for two hours. The all you can drink plan inly includes beer. There are three different courses to choose from, and the price ranges from around ¥2500 to ¥4500. One of these courses includes a caricature cake. These establishments are smoking establishments, so it can get quite smokey in some areas of the restaurant. These restaurants also have coffees and teas plus a small dessert menu.
