Marumiya Restaurant is a large Izakaya (Japanese restaurant) that specializes in Hokkaido cuisine. Located conveniently, right near Sapporo station, its a great place to try out some Japanese cuisine. Open until early morning you can try out Hokkaido cooking, including crab, salmon roe, mackerel, tempura, sea urchin, sashimi, just to name a few. The drink menu serves up beer, soft drinks, wines, and a variety of Shochu and Japanese sake!

Plenty of seating
There is seating for up to 250 people, and there are private dining rooms for large groups! The menu is in a variety of languages plus pictures, so it’s easy to choose your dish.
