Parco is a popular department store found in the middle of Sapporo. Parco has ten floors and has a variety of shops, fashion brands, lifestyle goods, cosmetics, coffee shops and a large range of restaurants. There are over hundred stores, with most of them participating in the tourist tax free program, with Union pay available in all stores.

| 7th floor | Saison ATM is located here with a small information counter. There is also as a H.I.S travel agent, plus an event space, music store, a phone repair shop, and a large living goods store. |

| 6th floor | This floor has shoe stores, furniture, kid's clothing, glasses, electronics, music stores, and smart phone accessories. |

| 5th floor | This floor is catered mainly for men with half a dozen men's clothing stores. There is also a green tea café, plus a ladies' bag store and swimsuit store. |

| 4th floor | This ladies' floor has many clothing & shoe shops. It also has anime and manga stores, plus a `Kawaii` fashion clothing with matching café. Good for customers who are into the anime Japanese culture. |
