The Kushiro Shitsugen National park (better known as the Kushiro Marshland) is a national park, located to the north of Kushiro on the eastern side of Hokkaido. The park is known for its wetlands ecosystems. 'Shitsugen' translates to wetlands in English. It was designated as a national park on 31 July 1987. Sky J is one of two fine dining restaurants located on the 35th floor in JR Tower. There are a dozen different courses to choose from depending on your budget. The top end being the Chef’s Selection which is a six course meal with tea and coffee. There is also a ‘Seasons’ menu, a ‘Creation’ menu, a party plan (includes an all you can drink menu), and Night view course are offered. If you only want to enjoy a quiet drink, then the bar area will more than suffice. They serve wine and whiskey produced in Hokkaido, plus a full arrangement of cocktails.
