Carbonara with camembert cheese

The Italian ingredients include olive oil from north and southern Italy. Palmigiano is the cheese of choice for Yomenya Goemon, as well as delicious Italian tomatoes that are used in their sauces. And in keeping with the Japanese fusion, the dishes that the meals are served on are made from traditional Arita-yaki (Japanese porcelain). This original pottery is smooth and painted with intricate patterns, to add to the Yomenya Goeman experience. So, whether it be for a pleasant lunch or dinner, you can try some unique pasta dishes at any of these delicious restaurants in Sapporo.
