Buffet style lunch
Forest Ten-Man Restaurant is located on the grounds of Ecorin Village and is a great place to get some lunch. Fitting in the environmental theme of gardening, and farming, Forest Ten-Man Restaurant has an all vegetable and fruit buffet style menu, with some delicious dishes on the serving tables. It also has a couple of delicious hamburg steaks as well. You can enjoy a nice lunch in the beautiful wooden interior of the restaurant. There are also nice views overlooking the grounds of the Galaxy Gardens, especially with outdoor seating available as well.

Pork hamburg & cheese sauce
To accompany the food there is beer, wine, and juice. The buffet counter has a huge selection of salads to choose from, soups, pastas, rice and a good selection of fresh vegetables. The farming area in Eniwa produces a lot of fresh produce and it is here, where you can taste it. There are two sauces for the pork hamburg dishes, being a cheese sauce or a demi-glace sauce. There is the option to have the vegetable buffet with the steaks, at an extra price which is recommended to have the best of both worlds!

Vegetable tempura
Tempura is a delicious Japanese dish usually consisting of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. As part of the Stellar Place Dining area, Tempura Ginza is the perfect spot to have some authentic Japanese cuisine. The menu is in English and it has some explanations on what garnish is best with the tempura. There are two dipping sauces to choose from, being either a soy sauce with sugar, or a soy sauce with salt. These sauces are recommended for the vegetable tempura. For the fish and shrimp tempura, salt is recommended as a garnish. After ordering your meal, the tempura dishes are made in front of the customers at a large counter. For drinks, tea is offered free of charge, and on the menu, you can order juices or alcohol, including sake.

Fugetsu is chain of around a dozen Okonomiyaki stores throughout Hokkaido. Okonomiyaki is a Japanese dish of a savory batter mixed with your choice of ingredients. These usually include eggs and shredded cabbage, green onion, meat (generally thin pork belly, often mistaken for bacon), octopus, squid, shrimp, vegetables, konjac, mochi or cheese. At the numerous Fugetsu restaurants, the customer has the option to cook your okonomiyaki on your own, or have a waitperson do it for you!

Yakisoba
The menus are electronic, and at Fugetsu, you can choose the language. Once you have chosen your dish, just simply hit your order on the touch screen. Fugetsu not only has okonomiyaki, but it also has ‘yakisoba’ which is a fried noodle dish. This dish is made by the waitperson and is a popular item on the menu. To make your own okonomiyaki, simply mix the ingredients together in a bowl and pour onto the oiled hotplate. Flip it like a pancake until cooked through. Lastly, pour on the sauce, add aonori (seaweed flakes), katsuobushi (bonito flakes), and top it all off with mayonnaise!
