Bic Camera is a famous electronics store that it is part of a chain of stores that have multiple locations all over Japan. There is one in Hokkaido which is located right next to Sapporo station and JR Tower. Not only does Bic Camera sell electronics and cameras, but it also sells home appliances, toys, and other outdoor and indoor goods. This store is extremely popular for tourists and is often busy, due to this store being tax free. Bic camera will also deliver bought items to hotels and the airport if needed! The store caters especially to overseas travelers. Some of the many staff are multilingual and the announcements are made in various languages.

Yotsuba White Cosy is a sweets & parfait restaurant located in Paseo, Sapporo station. It is a very popular place especially during lunch hours. There are 15 kinds of unique parfait, mixed with fresh fruits, delicious toppings, or nuts and almonds. Yotsuba is also famous for its fantastic pancakes. Pasta dishes
If you are looking for more of a savory meal, and not so much a sweet indulgence, then Yotsuba also has some pasta dishes. There are some spaghetti plates, a hamburger ‘doria’ plate, and a ‘gratin’ plate. Doria is a rice and butter based dish which typically has chicken or prawns, and some vegetables mixed in, with a creamy white sauce. There are also some pancake and cheese dishes , plus a kids set. For lunch sets there are some rice and chicken and curry sets. While shopping around near Sapporo station, Yotsuba White Cosy is a close by!

Set meal
Tokyo Sundubu is a popular chain of succesful Korean restaurants. There are 2 in Hokkaido. The first being in Paseo, located at Sapporo station. The second is located in the Parco department store in Odori. ‘Sundubu-jjigae’ or ‘soft tofu stew’ is a famous Korean dish that has been enjoyed for generations. It is a stew featuring soft tofu, cooked with a variety of ingredients including meat, seafood, and vegetables. The hot stew is seasoned off with ‘tategi’ (a Korean red pepper based sauce). There are over 20 dishes to choose from!

To order your dish is very simple. First, choose what kind ingredients you want (seafood, vegetables, meat etc). Second, select 1 out of the 3 soup bases. There is plain, salt, or the most popular, miso. Third, choose how spicy you want it, from level 1 to level 6. And lastly, choose the size of your rice, from small to large that comes with the rice set menu. There is the rice set, the salad and rice set, or the salad, rice & drink set. Extra toppings for your stew are available and each set comes with a small dessert. The stew will come out boiling hot, so be careful and enjoy your taste of Korea!

The Mexican Mule Restaurant and Cantina, conveniently located at the Higashiyama Pension Village bus stop Niseko village, is serving up the best Mexican food in Niseko. Kushiro Fukutei Kateirou is a delicious Japanese cuisine restaurant located on the 8th floor of the Parco department store. Kushiro is a city located on the south-east coast of Hokkaido and is famous for its fishing and its seafood. Kushiro Fukutei Kateirou has a good selection of Japanese food, especially its seafood. These dishes can be ordered as a set menu or individually. There is plenty of seating in a nicely designed space, with a dozen seats with window seating. There is counter seating as well, with views into the kitchen.

Soba noodles
Kushiro Fukutei Kateirou Japanese menu has delicious varieties of sushi, sashimi, and tempura. The sushi plate comes in different sizes from 8 to 20 pieces, which is suitable for individuals or for small groups. There is also soba noodles, steak, and chicken. Sports Bar King Bar is a bar located in the heart of Susukino. It is hard to miss, as it is on the main drag running through Sapporo. It i also hard to miss, as it is a large red building usually with the staff (Japanese girls) gesturing passersby to come in. The bar is divided into 2 sections. The front section is a typical western style bar area with counter seating with TV screens to watch sports. The ‘VIP’ area has TV screens, counter seating, plus booths, with which to talk (and drink) with the girls working at the bar.

Front area
Beer is served by the glass or as a drinking plan. The drinking plans are all you can drink for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes. Price depending on length and time (the later it is in the evening, the more expensive the drinking plan is). They have Sapporo, Kirin, and Heineken beers plus, spirits, whiskeys, wines, and champagnes. Most drinks are around the ￥500 mark. Bottles of champagne or scotch range from ￥12,000 to ￥65,000. Typical bar food is on the menu, plus pizzas, hamburgers, salads, and steaks. The food menu is extensive. To order the ￥5000 King steak, prior reservation is needed!
Back area
The VIP section is behind the front section. This section has booths and a separate bar area. This area is set up in a ‘snack bar’ style. To access this area, you need to go on a drinking plan. In the ‘VIP’ area one of the girls working at the Sports Bar will pour your drinks, and sit with you. As a note, a Japanese speaker is required for this area and touching the girls is prohibited. Customers are expected to buy the girls a drink or two. So, whether to stop for a quick beer, watch some sports, or have a party, King Star Sports Bar is worth a look.
